🚘 Saturn L-Series (2000–2005)
Overview: Aimed at the midsize market, the L-Series included sedans and wagons built on the GM2900 platform. Despite initial optimism, the L-Series struggled with sales and was eventually replaced by the Aura.
Key Models:
- L100 / L200 / L300 (Sedans): These models offered a range of features and engine options, from the base L100 with a 2.2L I4 engine to the L300 with a 3.0L V6.
- LW200 / LW300 (Wagons): Providing additional cargo space, these wagons mirrored the sedan trims in features and engine choices.
Notable Features:
- Available side curtain airbags (sedans only).
- Facelifts in 2003 included updated styling and interior enhancements.
- Discontinuation of the wagon models after 2004.
