Safety Rim
A rim designed with two safety ridges, one on each lip, to prevent the tire beads from slipping into the drop-center area in the event of a blowout. This feature helps keep the tire securely attached to the rim, even under extreme conditions, reducing the risk of the tire detaching during sudden deflation or blowout. Safety rims are commonly used in vehicles to enhance tire retention and improve safety during emergencies.
