Sand Tracks
A generic term used to describe any type of traction aid designed to be placed under a vehicle’s wheels when it is stuck in soft sand. Sand tracks help improve grip and prevent the vehicle from sinking further into the sand. These can include sand ladders, pierced steel planking, and other similar devices made from materials like metal, plastic, or rubber. Their purpose is to provide a temporary surface to aid in gaining traction in difficult sand conditions, allowing the vehicle to get unstuck.
