Sagging Door
A door that sits too low in its opening, often resulting in an uneven gap around the door, which widens towards the rear bottom and front top, and narrows at the rear top and front bottom. This condition is typically caused by improper alignment of the door hinges and lock/striker assembly. In convertibles, a sagging door may indicate structural damage, as it could be a sign that the chassis is bending in the middle, affecting the door’s fit and operation.
